Our Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 2023
This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all cancellations made by customers of CI Support Dba CI Information Management (“Company”). Upon scheduling services with our Company, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy and Service Agreement.
Cancellation Period
1.1 Customers are eligible to cancel a service appointment up to 2 days from the date of Service unless otherwise specified in the service terms and conditions.
1.2 If a cancellation is requested after the specified cancellation period, our Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee and/or deny the cancellation request.
Cancellation Process
2.1 Customers must contact our customer support team at 509-586-6090 or email shred@ci-infomanagement.com to cancel an appointment. Please provide your order details and reason for cancellation.
2.2 Our customer support team will review your cancellation request and provide further instructions if required.
2.3 It is recommended that the customer retain any cancellation confirmation or reference number provided by our company for future reference is recommended.
Refunds and Cancellation Fees
3.1 If a cancellation is made within the specified cancellation period, customers may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the service purchased.
3.2 Our Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee or deduct an administrative fee from the refund amount, as specified in the product or service terms and conditions.
3.3 Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
Non-Refundable Products or Services
4.1 Some services may be non-refundable, and no cancellations or refunds will be provided unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific product or service terms and conditions.
4.2 Non-refundable products or services may include, but are not limited to:
- Shred Event Services.
- Customized or personalized services.
- Hard Drive/Purge Services
- Projects or special trip charges
Modifications to the Cancellation Policy
5.1 Our Company reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Policy on our website or providing notice through other means.
5.2 You are responsible for reviewing this Policy periodically for any updates or changes.
Governing Law
6.1 This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
