They pick up shedding at my workplace. I have to say, the company in general has an average performance. But the gentleman who came in today, Manuel B., did an excellent. Came in with a smile, communicated pleasantly with us AND took an extra minute to put the covers back on the shred bins, instead of leaving them for us, which is the norm. I'm hoping we'll get to see Manuel more often on shred pickup day : ) Manuel himself gets 5 stars for sure
