Jeff Thompson, Director of Operations – 14 years
Jeff has been working for Columbia Industries for 14 years in the areas of strategic planning and business operations, including budgeting, contracts, sales, and marketing. Jeff is directly responsible for ensuring CI Information Management delivers unparalleled customer service daily. His biggest task is giving his staff the tools, training, support, and directions to shine in their position.
Jeff has been with CI Information Management from the moment the very first bin was shred. Jeff is an outdoorsman with a passion for camping, biking, and spending time with his family. One thing people might not know about him is that he drove in three demolition derbies and lived to tell about it!

Day-to-day business operations, vendor management and oversees an outstanding supervisory team.
Miracle Lewis – Shred Operations Lead
Miracle leads the team in effectively shredding and destroying all client files and information. Her role is crucial in ensuring diligence, punctuality, and productivity in daily shred operations.
Marylou Larmey, Records Manager – 15 years
Marylou oversees daily operations of the records storage facility. Marylou leads a team of records management professionals, who are responsible for offering the best record storage and scanning solutions to clients. She is also responsible for the security and confidentiality of over 100 million documents daily. Her biggest win is when she can help a client get their files all indexed and organized so that they can find every document they need in the click of a button.
When Marylou is not helping clients with their records and scanning needs, she enjoys spending time with her adorable twin grandsons, doing crafts, watercolors, and knitting. She also loves to fish, which is something most people don’t know about her.
